Todd Hollins is a natural problem solver and, as such, is naturally attracted to the many variables involved in a real estate transaction. Since 1993, when he began his degree in management with a focus on real estate, Hollins has known that putting together the pieces of a real estate engagement was the perfect use of his innovative, yet logistical, nature.

“I’m always looking for creative ways to meet a client’s needs,” Hollins says, “if the traditional ways don’t work.” Creative financing, creative marketing, creating negotiations – all fall into Hollins’ creative real estate toolkit. And it’s a toolkit he’s had plenty of time to develop. In the 1980s, Hollins was a title examiner and closer, giving him extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of the real estate process, potential hurdles, and paperwork. Hollins has been a licensed real estate agent since 1988 and has spent over a decade specializing in the private sale of multifamily property. He adds to his credentials with practical expertise in the tenant management and cash flow of his own investment properties. Today, Hollins is the trainer and team leader for Realty Exchange, a further testament to his skills.

For buyers, Hollins reduces the costs of selling, often by reducing the number of inspections and negotiating through possible contingencies. For sellers, Hollins has developed a tremendous inventory database and contacts with scores of qualified investors.
